The ” Deep Blue ” exhibition immerses visitors in a world where blue becomes a color that carries meaning, emotion, and cultural identity. Upon entering the exhibition, visitors are greeted by a subtle interplay of light and shadow that evokes the mysterious depths of the ocean and sky. The exhibition space, bathed in shades of blue, instantly creates a serene and contemplative atmosphere.
” The walls are draped in shades of blue, ranging from intense cobalt to soft pastel shades. Contemporary artworks by Iranian artists punctuate the space. Some pieces are integrated into immersive installations that invite visitors to touch, listen, and even smell. Video projections of sparkling waters and starry skies animate the walls, creating reflections and movements reminiscent of the flow of waves. Each work explores blue from a variety of angles: revisited traditional Iranian ceramics, abstract canvases inspired by minerals and Persian gardens, and sculptures evoking mythological legends. The artists use blue to address themes such as peace, melancholy, identity, and resistance. Narrative elements drawn from Iranian culture and history enrich the experience, allowing the audience to deeply connect with each creation.”
